E-packet shipping policy

Please note that if your order contains multiple items they may be shipped separately.

If you are not happy with your purchase return it to us unused, in the original package, within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.

Items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of cleared payment. Unless otherwise stated items are shipped via ePacket to the US, then delivered by the USPS. We provide our customers with their ePacket/USPS tracking number, which can then be tracked through the USPS once packages arrive in the US.

Items marked "Fast Free Shipping" are shipped from the United States via USPS and have 5-7 day delivery time.
